2026 NFL Draft order: Giants hold top pick over Raiders and Titans after Week 14

The 2025 NFL regular season is into its final month, and many teams are already looking toward the offseason.

While there’s always free agency and trades, the best way to improve your fortune is the draft.

Teams eliminated from playoff contention can already start planning ahead for April by scouring mock drafts, watching college games and reading scouting reports.

There are four weeks left in the regular season, and eight teams have either two or three wins. It’s looking like tiebreakers could come into play when determining the draft order, depending on how the rest of these games play out.

The New York Giants are at the top of the draft order through Week 14, followed by fellow two-win teams in the Las Vegas Raiders and Tennessee Titans. Last year’s No. 1 pick Cam Ward led the Titans to their second victory in Week 14 over the Cleveland Browns, who now hold the fourth pick behind New York, Las Vegas and Tennessee.

Here’s the updated first-round draft order for the non-playoff teams entering Week 15:

Two of the projected top 18 picks are trading hands in 2026, with the Atlanta Falcons’ going to the Los Angeles Rams and the Indianapolis Colts‘ going to the New York Jets.

With so many teams having the same record, the tiebreaker is strength of schedule (SOS). The team with the easier SOS gets the better pick.

  1. New York Giants, 2-11 (.534 SOS)
  2. Las Vegas Raiders, 2-11 (.548 SOS)
